Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis dokumen. The results of the conformity between the design of learning objectives and basic competencies are classified according to the indicated percentage of mean value of 65.03%.ABSTRAK:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keselarasan tujuan pembelajaran dengan kompetensi dasar. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. Document observation sheets were validated through expert judgments and did the reliability test using Cohen Kappa. Data collection used document observation sheets that were filled in by instructional design experts. The subject of this research is the lesson plan of electric power installation engineering teachers in basic electricity and electronics subjects in vocational high schools in Yogyakarta. This research is a document analysis research. This study aims to determine the conformity between learning objectives with basic competencies. Among its main contributions, this study demonstrates a possible tool for ubiquitous use in the future in language learning additionally, further studies can use the available resources to develop the system. ULearnEnglish achieved an acceptance rate of 78.66% for the perception of utility, 96% for the perception of ease of use, 86.5% for user context assessment, and 88% for ubiquity. Results indicate a favorable response to the application of incidental learning techniques in combination with the learner context. To evaluate our proposal, 15 learners used the developed system, and 10 answered a survey based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Since vocabulary is the foundation of all language acquisition, this article presents ULearnEnglish, an open-source system to allow ubiquitous English learning focused on incidental vocabulary acquisition. On the other hand, continuous advances in technology are creating new opportunities to improve second language (L2) acquisition through context-aware ubiquitous learning (CAUL) technology. Language learners often face communication problems when they need to express themselves and do not have the ability to do so. From this study, it is suggested for hospitality lecturers to use Wordwall application because it can help students to be more motivated to learn English vocabulary. In addition, Wordwall is also effectively used during online learning to provide interesting vocabulary questions. Based on this analysis, it proves that Wordwall is an effective learning media to help increase students' vocabulary as a future career opportunity. Students have the opportunity to learn about context and changes to sentences in games. ![]() The disadvantage is that this application does not provide a place to explain explanations for students' answers, both right and wrong. This application provides various types of creative and interactive vocabulary games. From the data analysis, the researcher found that the students had high enthusiasm in learning vocabulary through the Wordwall application. ![]() Data obtained from short questionnaire distributed through Google Form, then analysed using a qualitative descriptive model according to Creswell, (2012). Data were collected from 10 respondents who had been selected with qualifications of activeness while studying, and always participated during the process. The method used by the researcher was qualitative. This study addressed the gap of research on the innovative learning medium Wordwall for working adult learners by investigating the perceptions of students of Apollonia Hotel School in Denpasar, Indonesia, regarding how well Wordwall helps in increasing their English vocabulary during online learning. ![]()
